Off-White™ is proud to stand behind the quality of the apparel, footwear, and accessories it designs. When products are used under normal conditions for which they are intended, they are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the warranty period stated.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace the product at our discretion. To claim the warranty, you need to either register your product online at the time of purchase, or share the following with us for purchases made prior to registration:
- Proof of purchase
- A photo of the product showing the defect
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, scratches, stains, normal wear and tear, or damage in transit (including by airlines).
In the event of a covered manufacturing defect, we provide dedicated customer assistance along with repair or replacement of the product.
If an identical replacement isn't available, we will offer compensation of comparable value.
If an airline or airport authority damages your product, please contact them directly to file a claim.
You can fill out the warranty claim form with the required details to begin your claim. For repairs, you will need to visit or ship the product to your nearest Off-White™ store or an authorized service partner.
Shipping costs to our service center/store are the customer's responsibility. We repair and return your product within 15 working days, with free return shipping.
Limited Warranty — Leather Goods & Accessories
Off-White™ is proud to stand behind the quality of the bags, footwear, small leather goods, and accessories it sells. When used under normal conditions for which they are intended, these products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the period below.
Leather accessories, footwear, and small leather goods: 6 months
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. To claim the warranty, register your product online at the time of purchase, or share the following for purchases made prior to registration:
