1.1 Tracking an Order
1. How do I track the status of my order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email, WhatsApp message, and SMS with your shipment information and tracking number.
You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the “Orders” section.
2. My tracking number does not work. How can I track my order?
If your tracking number is not working or you have not received tracking details, please contact our customer support team at support@off---white.in.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.
However, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours, provided the shipment has not yet been released. After cancellation, you may place a new order with the correct details.
For cancellation requests, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@off---white.in. While we will do our best to assist, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed for shipment.
I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, contact our customer support team at support@off---white.in with your name and registered email address.

We currently ship within India only (PAN India).

2. When will my order be delivered?
Once you place your order, it usually takes up to 24 hours to prepare the shipment.
After dispatch, your order will typically be delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
1.3 Delivery Information
1. Missing items
If your order has been delivered and you notice any missing items, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@off---white.in.
To begin the investigation, please provide:
Photos of the parcel from different angles
A complete unboxing video
Photos of the contents received
Delivery method details
The condition of the parcel upon delivery
Please keep all packaging materials, including the cardboard box, until the investigation with the courier is completed.
2. What happens if I am not at home when the parcel is delivered?
If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a new attempt will be made the following day. If necessary, a third attempt will be made the day after. If the parcel is not delivered on the third attempt, the package will be diverted to our warehouse.
3. Can I schedule the delivery date and time?
Currently, it is not possible to schedule a specific delivery time or appointment with the courier.
You will receive updates through your tracking information when the order is out for delivery.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@off---white.in.
