Regarding the use of off---white.in, you are exclusively authorised to: view the Site and its content; perform any other temporary reproduction activity which is not related to any personal economic purpose, considered provisional or additional, and integral and essential activity for the viewing of off---white.in and its content, and to carry out any other navigation activity on off---white.in performed exclusively in view of a licit use of the same site and its contents. The offer and sale of products at off---white.in are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with the Terms of Use, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. Products purchased on off---white.in are sold directly by Brand Concepts Limited ("Seller"), with registered office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

1. Our Business Policy

1.1 The Seller offers products for sale on off---white.in and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the "consumers".

1.2 "Consumer" shall mean any individual who is acting through the use of the website off---white.in for purposes unrelated to their trade, business or profession. If you are not a consumer, please do not buy any products on off---white.in.

1.3 In view of its business policy, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not "consumers" and any other order which does not comply with its business policy.

2. Concluding a Contract with the Seller

2.2 The order form contains a link to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, and also contains information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and the relevant unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product, delivery methods for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, and the terms and conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and how and when to return purchased products.

2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically and the order information has been verified as correct.

2.4 Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, and to print a copy of these using the print option and to save or reproduce a copy thereof for your own personal use.

2.5 The order form will be filed in our database for the time required to process your order and as provided by law. You can access your order form in the My Account section.

2.6 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will process your purchase order.

2.7 The Seller may not process your purchase orders if there are grounds for refusal, in particular if they fail to provide adequate creditworthiness guarantees or are incomplete or incorrect, or in the event that the products are unavailable. In such cases, we shall inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not processed your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof. If the products presented on off---white.in are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access or at the time the order form is sent, the Seller shall promptly inform you that the products ordered are unavailable and, in any event, within thirty (30) days from the day following the date on which you sent your order to the Seller. If you submit the order form and pay the price, the Seller will refund what you have already paid in advance.

2.8 By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with the Seller. If you do not agree with any of the terms in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form to purchase products on off---white.in.

2.9 By submitting an order form, you confirm that you are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as further conditions present, through links, at off---white.in, including the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of off---white.in.

2.10 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller shall send you a purchase order receipt email containing a summary of the information related to the order form (Terms and Conditions of Sale, Return Policy, the product main characteristics, and detailed information regarding the price, means of payment, the right to withdraw and delivery costs).

3. Guarantees and Product Price Indication

3.1 Progetto 17 S.r.l., licensee of the off---white brand, has authorised Brand Concepts Limited to market and sell products under the off---white brand in India.

3.2 The main characteristics of the products are shown on off---white.in on each product page in a reasonably sufficient way with respect to the communication channels used. The products offered for sale on off---white.in may not exactly correspond to the real items in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used.

3.3 Product prices may be subject to change. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We will provide the final sale price before the order form is sent and kindly ask that you check it before placing your order.

3.4 Orders from addresses to which the Seller cannot ship cannot be accepted by the Seller.

3.5 All products come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. Please do not remove the tag or seal from the purchased products as they are an integral part of them.

3.6 If you decide to exercise your right to return products, the Seller may refuse to accept products that are damaged, that do not have their tag or seal, or that have been altered in terms of key characteristics or quality.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made using one of the methods specified on the order form, which may include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital payment options available in India.

4.2 In the case of payment by credit/debit card or digital payment, financial information (e.g. the credit/debit card number or expiry date) will be forwarded to an external payment service provider (PSP), which guarantees the security of online transactions through a 128-bit SSL-certified encrypted protocol. Such details will not be used by the Seller except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase, issuing refunds for returns in the event that you exercise your right to withdraw, or for reporting, where necessary, cases of fraud on off---white.in. The price for the purchase of the products and shipping costs, as specified on the order form, will be clearly indicated before final confirmation and debited from your account when the purchased products are shipped.
