Returned items must be sent in their original packaging along with all included materials (dust bags, cases, etc.).
Items must be intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original security seals still attached. When trying on shoes, please be careful not to scratch the soles or mark the box. Underwear, swimwear, and bikini bottoms must be tried on over personal underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip; otherwise, they will not be accepted for hygiene reasons. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or soiled.
Off-White packaging must not be used as an external shipping box.
If the item does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

How can I return an item?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Can I return an item purchased online at an Off-White store?
Yes, products can be returned at the store provided the invoice and original packaging are presented, and the product meets return eligibility criteria.

Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces cannot be returned at Off-White stores or on www.off---white.in.

Once the returned item is received, our Quality Team will verify the genuineness of the product.
If the return is approved:
A refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Exchanges may be available for select products, provided the item meets hygiene and condition guidelines.

Do I have to pay for return or exchange shipping?
Brand Concepts Limited will generally handle the return or exchange shipping cost.
In exceptional cases, the cost may be borne by the customer if mutually agreed upon.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once the returned item has been approved by our Quality Team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
